Insurance products are offered through Gerardo Vera, a licensed insurance agent in the State of Florida (FL License #W800358, NPN 20130323). We can discuss and submit business only in states where the agent holds an active license and carrier appointment.

Submitting a request through this website, speaking with us, or receiving a quote does not create insurance coverage and is not an offer, binder or guarantee of coverage. No coverage exists unless and until an application is approved and a policy is issued by the insurance carrier. Approval, premium, benefits and effective dates are determined solely by the carrier, and by any applicable government enrollment platform, based on underwriting, eligibility rules and the accuracy of the information provided.

Quotes and figures shown or discussed are estimates. Actual premiums, benefits, exclusions, limitations and eligibility are governed exclusively by the policy documents and plan materials issued by the carrier. If information on this website conflicts with a policy document, the policy document controls.
